Payment verification and order status
Why a submitted payment is not the same as a verified payment, and what happens next.
Submitted is not verified
A submitted crypto transaction or payment reference does not automatically make an order paid. DunginX keeps payment status separate from order and fulfillment status so an unverified payment cannot trigger delivery or seller settlement.
When payment is verified
The order moves into the applicable fulfillment path. Auto-delivery can reserve and deliver available inventory; manual and service orders become available to the seller. If verification is still pending, wait for the order status to change instead of submitting duplicate evidence.
Keep payment evidence safe
Use the order’s payment flow and never share private keys, exchange credentials, or account passwords. If a verified order does not progress, open a Support ticket with the order reference and a concise description.
