Protect the account
Use a unique password, keep your email account secure, and never disclose a password or recovery code to a seller, buyer, support agent, or bot. DunginX will not need your password to review an order.
Check the domain
Before signing in, verify the address. Public storefront links use `dunginx.com`; buyer and seller workspaces use `dashboard.dunginx.com`; Support uses `support.dunginx.com`; Blog uses `blog.dunginx.com`.
Report pressure or suspicious requests
If someone asks you to move a trade off-platform, open an unfamiliar payment link, or share credentials, stop and report the message through Support.
