Use the DunginX order page and buyer–seller conversation for delivery questions. On-platform records preserve the product, payment, delivery, and evidence context that Support or dispute review may need.

Avoid unsupported requests

Do not ask for passwords, recovery codes, or private payment credentials. Do not use a product listing or service input to bypass account security. If a trade cannot be completed without secrets, stop and contact Support.

Escalate the right way

Use a normal ticket for account or platform help. Use an order dispute for a delivery or quality problem. Read the Terms of Use for the full marketplace rules.
