How to review and confirm an order
A buyer guide to checking delivery, using seller notes, and confirming only when the order is correct.

Review the private order page
The order detail page is the source of truth for status, delivery, region, quantity, and the historical product snapshot. For manual or service orders, read the private instructions and any seller delivery note there.
Confirm only when ready
Confirm the order after you have checked the delivered product or service through the legitimate supported process. Confirmation releases the order into the existing completion and escrow lifecycle.
If you are not satisfied
Do not confirm while a problem remains. Use the order dispute action, describe what happened, and attach relevant evidence. Normal support tickets and order disputes are separate workflows; choose the one that matches the problem.
