How marketplace fees affect the order
Understand the difference between buyer totals, seller fees, and seller net earnings.
Buyer total and seller net are different
The checkout total can include buyer-side fees. Those charges help determine what the buyer pays and are not automatically seller earnings.
Seller earnings
Seller earnings are calculated from the applicable seller order amount minus the seller platform fee. A completed order moves the net amount to pending seller balance, then to available balance after the configured pending period when no hold or dispute prevents settlement.
Where to check a balance
Use the Seller wallet and ledger for the authoritative balance entries. If a figure looks inconsistent, do not create a duplicate withdrawal; open a Support request with the relevant wallet or order reference.
