Before ordering a top-up, verify the game, platform, region, server, and destination identifier. Provide only the identifier or URL the listing requests; never provide a password or recovery code.
Check the final amount
Review the denomination, currency, quantity, and any wholesale rule at checkout. The server validates the order and stores the effective pricing and product details in the order snapshot.
Confirm after the balance updates
Use the legitimate game or publisher interface to check the top-up. Do not confirm until the expected balance or item is visible. If it is missing or incorrect, open a dispute with the relevant timestamp and evidence.
