Auto-delivery
Auto-delivery products use available inventory after payment is verified. The system reserves the required number of records atomically and delivers them through the secure order view. Codes are not included in ordinary email.
Manual and service delivery
Manual and service products become available to the seller after payment verification. The seller can review private instructions, complete the work, add an optional delivery note, and mark the order delivered. The buyer then reviews the result before confirming.
If something is missing
Do not confirm an incomplete delivery. Use the order page and open a dispute when the product is missing, invalid, materially different, or not delivered as described. The buyer protection guide explains the next step.
